The Indian Heritage Centre is a unique museum that is the first of its kind in Southeast Asia, focusing on the diverse heritage of the Indian community. Situated in the heart of the historic Little India precinct, the four-story architectural gem features permanent galleries with five different themes, a special exhibition gallery, and educational and activity spaces that offer an immersive learning experience for all visitors.

The thematic galleries at the Indian Heritage Centre showcase the diverse stories of the various groups within Singapore's Indian community, highlighting their rich links with the global Indian diaspora. The galleries are arranged chronologically to span from the 1st century CE to the 21st century, allowing visitors to learn about the historical links between the Indian sub-continent and Southeast Asia, as well as the experiences of South Asians in Southeast Asia, particularly in Singapore. Visitors will also be introduced to the pioneers in Singapore's Indian community and their contributions to modern Singapore. The Indian Heritage Centre is truly a focal point for the community and a must-visit destination for anyone interested in learning about the Indian culture and heritage.
